A Lume Spento (1908), Ezra Pound's first book, was privately printed in Venice by A. Antonini. The 1965 New Directions edition contains the full text also of Pound's second book, A Quinzaine for this Yule (1908), and "Some Poems from the 'San Trovaso' Notebook," also written during Pound's early Venice years, published for the first time in this 1965 New Directions edition.
