She grew up studying computer science and interior design but found herself gravitating to reading and writing. Besides romance, she also loves fantasy novels, oil painting, Pilates and trying to perfect the best chocolate cake ever (it has to be ultra chocolaty). She lives in Melbourne, Australia where she spends time writing, caring for her husband, three adult children and a large garden full of maples and roses.
