The book, Ulu Yam di Liverpool (UYDL), sets forward positive vibes on how you should pursue a dream despite all the challenges that you might encounter. Nazali joined LJMU in 2008 as a PhD student in Facilities Management. He is a Certified BIFM member (CBIFM) and a subject matter experts' group member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI). His key areas are Property, Facilities Management, Property Marketing, Real Estate Agency and Property Development. He gained his Bachelor degree (Hons) in Property Management and MSc in Facilities Management from Malaysia in 1996 and 2002 respectively. He is currently pursuing PhD research on developing an optimum collaborative innovation framework for facilities management with focus on BS 11000. He has been invited as speakers to share his knowledge and experience in facilities management at many international platforms. Nazali’s book was recently released nationwide in Malaysia and is currently third in the best sellers non-fiction category in MPH Bookstores throughout the country, and will soon be available in English and in an e-book format.
