Unfinished Business

GHOST WHISPERER MEETS MEDIUM. THE ONLY WAY FOR ANGELA TO FIND PEACE IS TO FIND IT FOR THE GHOSTS WHO HAUNT HER. I have a secret. I see dead people. And they're everywhere. When my mother died, I wished for just five more minutes with her, but I meant her ALIVE, not her GHOST . Apparently, the Universe has a sense of humor. As if I don't already have enough going on in my life. Teenage daughter drama. Hot flashes. Maybe a mood swing or two which can be bad news with a teenage daughter. Speaking of the drama queen, I'm not sure what's worse, her, or the fact that when my mother died, she opened a portal between me and the other side, and now I see my mom's spirit and the spirits of just about everyone else . Maybe actually everyone else. These ghosts aren't your run of the mill, harmless, light-flickering, chair-moving kind. Nope, they're here because they're stuck earthbound, and guess what? It''s my job to unstick them and cross them over to the other side. As if I know how to do that. I'm totally out of my comfort zone. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad my mother's still here, but I know she's got unfinished business too. She's as much as said so. Sure, I'd love her to stick around forever, but that's not fair to her. But that unfinished business? She can't cross over until I help her with it. Only she won't tell me what's going on. So, here I am, ghost whispering my way through the start of menopause while trying to solve the puzzle of my mom's unfinished business. If that's even possible.

Grab a latté, a box of Kleenex and a clean pair of panties. Carolyn Ridder Aspenson has done it again. —Lynn/Two Girls & a Book Suburban housewife Angela Panther didn't want to communicate with the dead, but the universe had other plans... When an unidentified fourteen-year-old boy takes a dive off an interstate overpass, to solve the case, Atlanta area detective Aaron Banner calls on some unlikely help—from psychic medium Angela Panther. Banner knows she's legit, and knows she'll get to the truth about his junior John Doe—was the boy's death suicide, or murder? The problem is, the spirit can't remember who he was or the night he died, and to make matters worse, he doesn't care. Instead, he convinces Angela to focus on another spirit, one different from Angela's usual, garden-variety ghost. To complicate matters, Angela's best friend Mel, newly single and on the prowl, has her sights set on the sexy Detective Banner, and Angela's mother drives her even more crazy dead than alive. To solve the dead duo's dilemmas, armed with little more than their double lattés and a tiny pink bottle of wannabe pepper spray, Angela and her sex-starved sidekick Mel must venture into the dark underbelly of Atlanta and come face-to-face with a gang of saggy-pantsed hoodlums ready to take them out. Will they make it out alive, or end up pushing up daisies alongside the spirits they're trying to help?

Unexpected Outcomes

2017

USA Today Bestselling Author Carolyn Ridder Aspenson brings true life to fiction in her latest installment of the Angela Panther Paranormal Women's Fiction Series, Unexpected Outcomes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"I'm a reader, not a writer, but this is one of the best series I've read in a while. Carolyn hits all the right marks with the paranormal, friendships and laugh out loud humor. Can't wait for the next installment. I'm honestly surprised I liked the series so much since I'm more of a Shayne Silvers, Kevin Hearne, et al type of urban fantasy but Fran, Angela and Mel are da bomb." -A Kindle Reader ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"Just what we need during a pandemic. Fun, interesting and all around enjoyable time! I'm reading all of her books." -A Kindle Reader ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"I honestly could not stop reading this book!! Loved the whole story." -A Kindle Reader ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"have read several books by Carolyn Aspenson and I have enjoyed every one. This book was no exception. Angela and Mel feel like old friends. Great murder mystery with lots of humor and Gracie the dog." -A Kindle Reader Talking to the dead is tricky. Most of the time, the spirits just show up and tell me what they need, but sometimes, things can get complicated. Like when a ghost decides to play their death like a movie in my dreams and make me the star. I want to help her cross over, but I can't find her, and the cops don't even think she's dead. Now, to catch her killer, I've got to first find her body, and then her spirit. Before her killer catches me.
