At 34 years of age, Alex Allsop was the somewhat proud owner of Angel Falls Holiday Park, and she didn’t have a clue where to start. Fifty-six caravans, eight toilet blocks, an overgrown field that had once held thirty-four tents of various shapes, sizes, and colours, and the entertainment block that all needed a massive overhaul.
