A year after awakening, things have only become worse. The Vatacan's raids on Zharevo have become more frequent and much bolder. Still struggling to come to terms with what he'd become, Ivan is thrust into a web of despair when given the impossible task of retrieving someone much more important to him than any of his ladies. However, after everything goes to shit, he finds himself at the resting place of the previous Dracul where new possibilities awaken, and new allies lurk in the shadows.
