***SEE SERIES HEADER***Whe ther we are trying to explore the entire Universe which is very very big-or entities of light and matter which are very very small-nothing can be stated with clearer conviction than nobody understands why this incredible behaviour occurs. Welcome to a bluffer's paradise where no one need feel afraid nor should anyone feel stupid. Of course while the physicists do have knowledge and understanding such an appreciation may be obtained without formulae equations or fractions. The bluffer is going to have to feign find or affirm some sense of wonder. This will not be too difficult since the Universe is after all very very large and the smallest entities on our planet are really very very small so it is appropriate to exhibit amazement
