Lassoed into Love

2022

Farming is my dream life, but one thing I'm not cultivating? Feelings for the handsome new neighbor. I am not fanning myself because Parker Bingham, the hottest actor in Hollywood, is my new neighbor. If I tell myself that a million times, maybe I'll believe my racing heart isn't because of the smile Parker points too often in my direction. It's not that I hate Parker. He's mostly clueless—he can barely outsmart a sitting hen, and doesn't know the wrong end of a cow from her nose. I only want to keep my distance so I don't let Parker hurt me. Not again. Yeah, we were friends when we were younger, but the real insult? Parker doesn't even remember me. It's fine. I'm too busy to care. I've got weeds to pull and goats to milk, plus a new stray cat to care for, so I'll keep my head down and do what I do best. Work. Of course, Parker keeps insisting he offer an extra set of hands. Allowing it means more checks on my to-do list, and has nothing to do with getting a front-row seat to him shirtless. Okay, it's teensy, tiny perk. One with amazing abs. Spending time with Parker skirts dangerously close to my heart, where he might see past the razor wire defences I've constructed. He's tempting, but Parker has forgotten me before. The only thing easier than letting love go is never loving at all. Maren and Parker share some sizzling kisses in the barn (gasp!), but there's no rolling in the hay. This romantic comedy is sweet, and the chemistry is explosive, but reader blushing is kept to a minimum.

Hankering for Home

2022

Getting hitched is a convenient business arrangement. No strings attached, no hearts involved...except maybe mine. Growing up in a broken home taught me to watch out for myself, and that the only love out there is what I create. That's why I stick to taking care of my baby sister, and the hodgepodge of wildlife I volunteer to rehabilitate. Add in a stray puppy I found under the car with the help of Wil, a recent move-in to Button Blossom, and my life is complete. He's cute. The puppy, not Wil. Wil's broody, which also makes him a teensy bit hot. Turns out, Wil's a grumpy single dad because he's been burned before. So when he's given an ultimatum to marry by his crazy uncle, he finds a way around it by suggesting a mutually beneficial arrangement. No emotion, no required commitment to each other. Just a sterile, clean-cut handshake deal. Except, it's not all that easy. For one, Wil's abs. Can they be any more firm? For another, Wil's patient with everything that comes with me, from snakes in his tub, flying squirrels in his curtains, and that adorable puppy that just ate his favorite shoes. What's worse is the more time I spend with Wil and his son, the more knit I feel to them as the family I never knew I needed. Our marriage has an end date, but my heart may be too entwined to not tear in two when we say goodbye. Remi and Wil share some sizzling kisses (gasp!), but there's no matrimonial polka. This romantic comedy is sweet, and the chemistry is explosive, but reader blushing is kept to a minimum.

Fixing to Flirt

2023

Button Blossom is the epitome of a quaint small town, and if anyone should be a pillar of the tight-knit community, it should be Deputy Clint Grange. He's upstanding. It's his crumbling house on Main Street that makes him look bad. That's where I come in. Swallowing his pride, and admitting he's useless with power tools, Clint hired River Renovations to flip his house, restoring it to its former glory. What he didn't expect was for me to show up—red hair, petite, and the woman he'd given a traffic citation to the day before. Can anyone say awkward? Whatever. I'm the consummate professional, and am too busy making his house look amazing to notice how often he's out the door to go on dates. Besides, if my llama, Lloyd, doesn't like him, that should be a sign, right? To be fair, Lloyd spits on pretty much everyone. I try to ignore my mounting feelings by pretending I'm nothing more than Clint's pal, but it reaches a boiling point that neither of us can contain. Fixing his house is one thing, but flirting with Clint might be what ruins the friendship we've built, and any future we could have. Clint and Hudson share some slow burn romance (gasp!), but there's no funny business. This romantic comedy is sweet, and the chemistry is explosive, but reader blushing is kept to a minimum.

Cooking Up a Kiss

2023

I want the simple life—which means I’m staying far away from any and all bad boys. Me and love? We aren’t friends. My ex broke my heart, and I can do without that again, thank you very much. So I’ve chosen as uncomplicated a life as I can find—working as a server at a small-town diner. Except trouble just walked in, with a capital T. Preacher, a retired football star, is six glorious feet of incredible good looks and a teasing smile that threatens to derail my plans. He pretends he's a confident playboy, but I can see through the ruse. It's an armor someone who's been hurt wears to protect themselves from more pain. I know it well… I wear a suit of my own. Despite our instant connection and explosive chemistry—something I may have discovered with a few sort-of-accidental kisses—dating Preacher would mean anything but the life I want, nor does it offer safety. My still-mending heart needs some guarantees. Even if I can convince Preacher to dismantle his armor, I’m not sure I can ever discard my own. If only falling in love were as innocent and easy as the first time. When I parted ways with romance, I swore there would be no exceptions. Not even Preacher. Except, I'm not sure I can face the possibility of a future without him. Can this broken heart bear to lose the man who just might be my forever? Trixie and Preacher share some romantic canoodling (gasp!), but there's no buttering the biscuit in this romcom. This sweet, small-town romance will make you laugh, and the chemistry is explosive, but reader blushing is kept to a minimum as Preacher and Trixie find love again.

Hogging the Hunk

2023

My heart’s a mess, but a charming veterinarian might have all the right remedies. The last place I thought I’d be after becoming a pediatrician is back in my hometown of Button Blossom. I was supposed to be traveling the world, running medical clinics for underprivileged children, with a man who should have proposed by now. Instead, he dumped me. Wait. What? With my life on hold, I’ve sought refuge running a mobile pediatric clinic for the community. The work is satisfying, and I have a great view of the hunky veterinarian across the street. Milo Fox is arguably the hottest bachelor in a 50-mile radius. With my heart in tatters over Greg, I’m not looking to start anything new, especially with Milo. There are too many roadblocks, from our age gap to his pre-teen daughter, who isn’t convinced I’m not out to become her evil stepmother. The spark she insists she’s seen between us isn’t helping my case. Every time I bump into Milo, he inadvertently reminds me how incredible he is. Whether he’s carrying me down a rocky trail after an injury or helping me milk the world’s most annoying goat (long story…), Milo is hard to keep at arm's length. His legendary biceps have earned their reputation… When Greg returns, offering the perfect life I’d planned for, I hesitate. Milo has snagged a piece of my heart, and I'm not sure I can let go. Maybe I want to hog Milo to myself. Maybe forever. Beckett and Milo share some red-hot kisses (gasp!), but there's no hanky panky in this romcom. This romantic comedy is sweet, and the chemistry is explosive, but reader blushing is kept to a minimum between this single dad and the woman who inadvertently fills the hole in his heart.
