While posing as a student, Troy, a succubus, teams up with both a vampire and a werewolf to fight a death demon on a university campus for the children of rich celebrities. Jack, a hunter of supernatural creatures, is also on campus posing as one of the teachers. He, too, is hunting the demon, but Jack also has no qualms about taking out vampires, werewolves and succubi at the same time. To Jack, these supernatural creatures are all the same to him...except, maybe, when it comes to the sexy Troy...
