From a fan favorite author with more than one million books sold, a heartwarming inspirational romance set in beautiful Wild Rose Country: Chastity LaBlanc has lived her whole life in the Willow Creek boardinghouse, watching people come and go. She never knew the father who abandoned her and her mother, and that lack has left a void in her life. After ten years away, Adam Silverhorn returns to Willow Creek, with photographs, sketches, and paintings of the Klondike gold rush and the wilds of the Yukon—and with a love he has carried in his heart for Chastity. Chastity finds herself torn between two men. The local schoolteacher offers her security, but is that enough? Her heart longs for Adam, but when he leaves town, old wounds are re-opened. Can she trust in Adam’s love, or will she be abandoned all over again? This is a re-release. This title was originally published by Heartsong Books in 2001.

Linda Ford grew up devouring books and making up stories in her head—often late at night when she couldn't sleep. But she hadn't planned to write. Instead, she dreamed of running an orphanage. In a way, that dream came true. She married, had four homemade children, adopted ten and lived (at times, endured) the dream. Writing first took her to non-fiction human-interest articles for newspapers and eventually a non-fiction book about tuberculosis set in the 1930s and 1940s (Touched By The White Plague). But romance had always been her first love and she turned to writing love stories. She is multi-published in the CBA market. She lives on a small ranch in Alberta, Canada, where she can see the mountains every day. She and her husband continue to enjoy their children and grandchildren.
