When Marine veteran Nash Ware walks into the library where shy librarian Betsy Bobbin works, she’s intimated by the handsome man who wears an eye patch and an attitude. Her car has a flat in a storm and Nash comes to her rescue. A fight outside a bar between an angry Nash and a drunk frightens Betsy. She’s fallen for him but is it safe to fall in love with a wounded veteran with PTSD? Betsy is torn. Will love and trust win out over her fear before it’s too late? Nash has found the girl of his dreams, but his wounds run deep. His ex-fiancé was repulsed by his eye and his eye patch, and manufactured drama like bees do honey. However, real drama surrounds Betsy, when a stalker comes after her sister.
Author

Welcome to my GoodReads author page. I live in a motorhome full-time and travel the U.S.A. with my husband. I write all my romance stories as Debra Parmley. As Debra Bishop, I write fairy tales and fantasy. Back in 2007, an agent sold my first book, A Desperate Journey, to Samhain Publishing. It came out in ebook in 2008 and in print in 2009. I went on to write for 5 small presses. Later, I republished those titles under my press, Belo Dia Publishing Inc. with new covers and ISBN numbers. I also write about our travels and I'm working on a memoir of our first year in the motorhome. Here on Goodreads, you'll see what I'm reading, what I've read, and what I've written. I have a bookshelf of books I keep in the RV to read to my grandchildren and on River's bookshelf, a list of books they have at their house. Goodreads has an app I check on my phone when I'm shopping so I don't duplicate. Do you do the reader's challenge? I do.
