Michelle was honored to a nominee for Christian Fiction Author of the Year with AAMBC Book Club in 2014 and with Building Relationships Around Books (BRAB) Bookclub. Her "Able to Love" Series was nominated for Swirl Awards in the areas of best Interracial Series and Best Cover in 2015. Originally from Jamaica West Indies, she sees herself as a lifelong learner. She has earned degrees from New York University, SUNY at Stony Brook, Teachers College Columbia University and Argosy University.
