Business is booming at Charlotte’s Chocolate Heaven and Charlotte and Ally Sweet are enjoying running the shop. But the Blue River locals are at loggerheads when they find out that one of their fellow residents is buying up vacant land and is planning to bulldoze some of the old shops to build a casino.Then the town is thrown into further turmoil when someone ends up dead.
