Daniel Mahendra–renowned as DM – is an Indonesian author. His works are including short stories, novels, poems, essays, journalistic works, biographies, self-improvements, how-tos, travel narratives, movie scripts as well. About 30 of his works had been published. DM was working as a journalist for several tabloids, newspapers, and magazines before he decided to join with some publishers as an editor. Among his editing are Pramoedya Ananta Toer’s works. DM was a founder of Pramoedya Institute, Malka Publisher, and Malka Bookstore.
