It's Not Always Where You'd Expect It To Be Casey Lane was barely scraping by as a detective, taking on small mysteries as they came in, but she was content enough. Then her benefactor, and ex-college beau, showed up expressing interest in being a part of the agency. Technically he just wanted to get ideas to use for writing his first mystery novel. Zane soon learns that being a detective isn't as exciting as one may imagine, and Casey learns that she was right about Zane all along... he's nice to look at, but he's not all that bright.
