Part of Series

It's the Doctor's universe. 24 hours to find them. 24 hours to escape death. The finest time-travelling assassin in the cosmos is running scared. Doom's own death is coming for him in a matter of hours. And the only person in the universe who might just be able to save him is the Doctor - so long as it's the right Doctor. But as Doom searches for aid, the hits keep coming in. Kill a crabby Kraal and his replica world! Assassinate a ghost on Satellite Five! Eliminate a living asteroid! Doom finds his talents - and his patience - stretched to breaking point. But these apparently random jobs are linked in a way Doom could never imagine. And when not one but TWO different Doctors get involved, on the trail of an old enemy, the ensuing fireworks might just end the lives of billions. Can Doom solve the mystery before his allotted hours are up? It's not only a planet he must save from destruction, but himself...

Author Bio: M.G. Harris was born in Mexico City and raised in Manchester, England. She studied Biochemistry at St Catherine's College Oxford and stuck around for even more at St Cross College. To this day she lives in Oxford. It's not an easy place to leave. The first job M.G. Harris was ever aware of wanting to do, aged six, was to write children’s books. Then, aged eight and inspired by Doctor Who, she tried to make Wirrn slime with a friend’s Chemistry Set 4, discovered chemistry, and writing went out of the window. But in 2004, a skiing accident changed everything... You can find out more about how MG became an author at her website http://www.mgharris.net/about-mg Reader bio: MG has recently become a semi-convert to Kindle, with frequent lapses into her collection of printed books for some much-appreciated re-reading. Favourite living authors are Haruki Murakami, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Mario Vargas Llosa and Junot Diaz.
