Donna is a huge animal lover and currently has 1 cat and 1 dog. She would have a zoo if she could afford it! She is a former Science teacher, loves to travel, loves spending time with family and friends, and believes it is important to learn something new every day. Donna has been an avid reader her entire life. She reads a variety of genres in both fiction and nonfiction. When Donna was younger she wrote short stories all the time for her own enjoyment. She never had the nerve to try submitting them for publication. Looking back, she is glad she didn't! They aren't as good as she thought they were! A friend introduced Donna to the online indie book community several years ago. Since then, she has been very active in promoting authors. She currently runs Wise Owls PR where she offers proofreading/editing, makes promotional images, and hosts Facebook Events and Giveaways. She does beta reading and ARC reviews for several authors. Donna is thrilled to be a published author. She has dreamed of becoming an author most of her life but never thought it would actually happen.
