Merrick Richards is a good man. Having retired from the police, he spends his time pottering about the house. His old life, dealing with bad guys, is in the past. At least, that's what he thought. When a girl is found brutally murdered, Merrick is drawn back into action. A video circulates, showing the girl's agonizing last moments, and Merrick can't help but watch. Repeatedly. Soon, Merrick realizes he has to do something. The police investigation is too slow, and Merrick has already figured out who murdered the girl. Worried that the killer might strike again, Merrick decides he has to take matters into his own hands. But his well-laid plans quickly spiral out of control, and Merrick soon finds that the lines between right and wrong can be blurred. But how far will a good man go, in order to get justice?
