Gwen loved moments like this—sitting on a blanket by the ocean, watching the waves crash onto the shore. But her quiet moment was disrupted by the playful shouts of a group of teenagers. One of them especially intrigued her. He was of medium height; his hair was straight and sandy-colored. Just the sight of him made Gwen's heart pound.
