I’m desperate to rescue the men I love, so when the smooth-talking Ethros leader, Commodore Cavil, comes along, its almost too easy to agree to his deal. Not that we had much of a choice. I find myself on the beautiful island of Ethros where once a Walker, always a Walker, and all the freedoms of Dormas are ripped from my fingers. It’s hard not to see the irony in it all. Once again I’m forced to accept my place in this Empire, but Cyler, Maverick, Patrick, Huxley, Jacob, & Kemper don’t let me go that easily. We find ways to be together, even when Cavil and his soldiers try to tear us apart. If Maverick can’t find the cure, none of this will matter, and I want to enjoy whatever time we have. Consequences and prejudice be damned.
