Finding Love on a Dude Ranch is a short story and part of Stacy Eaton’s Finding Love in Special Places Short Story Series. When Heather Tate lands at an airport in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, she’s not doing it because she wants to. She’s only here to help a friend. Little does she know that when the ranch hand appears at the airport, she’s about to go for the ride of her life. Rob Heller helps run the Triple G Dude Ranch with his mother. It’s more than a vacation spot, it’s a real-life working ranch, and for the next week, he will have to deal with a city-slicker who wants to learn about life as a rancher. Heather quickly proves that she can handle the workload and earns the respect of all the ranch hands. Heather and Rob are both dreading the end of the week that will halt their blossoming relationship. When it’s time for her to leave, these two have trouble saying goodbye, but Heather’s life is in Baltimore behind a desk. Will Heather find a way to have all that she loves? Or lose the cowboy who rode off with her heart? Finding Love in Special Places Short Story Series are quick, sweet, to slightly warm reads with adult language and are under 20,000 words each.
