Third book in the Rayland County Series. With Hurricane Sarah approaching Rayland County, newly paroled Rex Brindle has mayhem planned, orchestrated by former deputy, Carl Priest. Together with the Murphy brothers, Rex and Carl plan to use what will become an historical storm to pull off an audacious criminal caper.
