Part of Series

A sequence of three suicides with only one thing in common—they had all been roommates of Liz Meacham. And Liz was the only person in Denver who was convinced that they had all been murdered. Was she being set up to be the next victim? Her only hope was to get the help of a man she never wanted to see again—Dexter Rand, U.S. senator from Colorado. But her life—as well as the security of the nation—was on the line. Liz and Dexter followed the trail... all the way up to the nation's capital. Then suddenly the stakes were raised—world peace hung in the balance. In a place where friends could be deadly enemies, no one was safe.
