Some conferences are more hands-on than others...I'm spending a day out of the office with Mr. Daniels at a local conference. Given his typically reserved demeanor, I'm not sure he'll make a move without some encouragement. Will I have to drop hints? Or will I end up begging? Either way, I'm hoping something happens between endless presentations and coffee breaks. But this usually reserved lawyer has other plans for me. Between keynote speakers and networking events, he finds creative ways to keep me on my toes. Every quiet corner becomes an opportunity, and the thrill of discovery only adds to the excitement. Who knew professional development could be so... stimulating? This conference is definitely going in my performance review.
