From a young age, Grace Vice was determined to become an author. As a high school student, in her hometown of Las Vegas, she could be found in the library every morning without exception before class and during most lunch breaks, nurturing her love for the craft. Grace pursued her passion further in college, earning degrees in both English and Social Sciences with a heavy emphasis on psychology and sociology. Her studies became the foundation for her writing, encouraging the creation of multidimensional and complex characters in her works. Grudges and Revenge became the perfect fusion of her love for literature and creative writing, combined with her fascination with the darker, more deviant aspects of human nature. In her writing, Grace manages to stretch the boundaries of the genre by delving into moral battles, the complexities of human rationality, and the intricacies of morally-gray characters. She artfully weaves together moments of despair and humor, fast and slow pacing, and even carefully constructed sentence structures to evoke a roller coaster of emotions for her readers. While Grace’s writing explores complex and often intense themes, she is also a fierce advocate for mental health. She is adamant about including trigger warnings in her books, has used her social media platform to raise awareness for mental health issues, and has donated a portion of her earnings to charities supporting mental health services, ensuring that her work serves both as a form of artistic expression and a vessel for positive change.
