Legacy is usually defined at leaving something to the future such as money, buildings, or other types of property. A ranch can be such a legacy, but there is another. Legacy is also the ability to insure in your children the ability to overcome adversity, defend themselves, to be part of a community, and to love. Money will someday be spent and buildings will eventually deteriorate, but character traits passed on to the next generation will be passed on to future generations.
