Chuff is a hippo-shifter with a lot of problems. He's on the run from poachers,while at the same time trying to care for a baby hippo, all in the wilds of Florida. When he meets Mal, the sexy owner of a supernatural petting zoo, Chuff hopes his worries are over. Unfortunately, their troubles are just beginning. The poachers have tracked them to the Darque and Knight rodeo, and with the help of a gator-shifter, are coming for them.
