Four Hispanic college students drive through South Texas on a summer roadtrip. In the middle of nowhere they are stopped by a small town Sheriff who accuses them of being illegal immigrants. Little do they know, he is no sheriff and the town he delivers them to is unlike anything else. The town is hidden in the hills and mountains of Southwest Texas. There, the townspeople live by their own rules. When the Sheriff brings the group to town, the residents are more than happy to explore the depths of human suffering. Each of them goes through their own personal Hell as they are subjected to some of the most horrific experiences they never knew existed. They learn quickly they have arrived in Hell, Texas.

Many years ago a group of travelers took a doomed trip through Hell, Texas. Not long after their fateful journey, the town was discovered by Texas DPS Trooper Garrett Parker. Garrett was promoted to Texas Ranger as a result of his heroics. Over a decade has passed since that fateful day. Yet something terrible is happening again. Motorists are vanishing without a trace and now children are disappearing from El Paso in record numbers. Garrett is sent back to the area to investigate. There is no way a town like Hell, Texas could still be functioning, but he can’t help the impending feeling of dread as he Returns to Hell Texas.

Along the highways of west Texas, a group of displaced killers makes their way along the countryside. Cole, a ruthless murderer who tortures and brutalizes anyone he comes across for his own amusement. Livia, a wild girl who gets her kicks doing horrific things with people's body parts. Don’t let her looks fool you. You don’t want to pick up this hitchhiker. Maddie, a deranged little girl who had been raised by serial killers but now bouncing around from foster home to foster home. Families who take her in tend to have pets come up missing. With their town no more, they stay on the move looking for their next prey, moving from Hell Texas, to create Hell on Earth.
