Highland Oath
2020
Tragedy is about to hit the MacKinnon family and change their lives forever.
Royden MacKinnon oldest of the three MacKinnon siblings has loved Oria, the daughter of a neighboring chieftain as long as he can remember. He wants no other woman, needs no other woman, has been with no other woman. Both will be virgins when they wed and he looks forward to them discovering all the loving things marriage can bring.
Arran is the middle child gifted with a charmed tongue and fine features that steal many a woman’s heart. He’s not ready for a wife or family, no need for him to be since it is Royden who will one day rule the clan. He entertains himself with willing women and defends any woman when need be… even Purity of the Clan Macara, a little mouse of a thing who can’t stand up for herself. But then her brother Bayne is a man most men won’t challenge.
Raven is the youngest of the three MacKinnon siblings, raised by all men—her mother dying in childbirth—and is accustomed to doing as she pleases and speaking as she pleases. Traits her father realizes will be difficult when the time comes to find her a husband.
Life is good at the Clan MacKinnon, food plentiful, clan members faithful, the future bright until… the attack. They had heard rumors, thought to be prepared, but it came without warning. In the end Royden and Arran are taken away to serve the King, Parlan, their da, is believed dead, and Raven… no one knows what’s happened to her.
It isn’t until five years later that Royden and Arran return home far different men than they once were. Both intend to find their sister and find the person responsible for what happened to their family… and take their revenge.

Pledged to a Highlander
2020
After being away, unwillingly, for five years, Royden MacKinnon returns home a far different man.
Royden doesn't know what he'll find. He knows his brother, Arran, is still alive, but what about his father, his sister, Raven, and most of all, what about the woman he loves... Oria.
The attack that had ripped his family apart, seen his land confiscated, and the woman he's loved since he's been young lost to him, came on the day he and Oria were to wed. He and Arran had been forced to serve a mercenary group until recently, when he was released and his clan and land returned to him. But why now? And what price was the cost of his freedom?
Oria is shocked to see the man she loves from as long as she can remember standing in front of her. She had hoped and prayed for this day, and it was finally here. But many things had happened in Royden's absence, things he needed to know and things she couldn't share with him, since honor bound her to promises she'd made.
Unfortunately, time and events change people, sometimes for the better, sometimes not so much. Royden and Oria aren't who they once were. Will their love transcend all else and survive? And will the evil that once tore them apart threaten them once again?
Author note… there is a Prequel, Highland Oath, to this book. It introduces all the characters and details what led to the Clan MacKinnon's separation. You don't have to read it to read this one, but you might find it interesting.

Entrusted to a Highlander
2020
Once upon a time, Purity, of the Clan Macara, shy, plain, and with a deformed hand that everyone believes is the mark of the devil, begged handsome, charismatic, devil-may-care Arran of the Clan MacKinnon to wed her and save her from a fate she feared. He turned her down.
Five years later, Arran returns home after being taken captive by a group of mercenaries and forced to fight alongside them. He’s a far different man than he’d once been. Smiles elude him, his tongue no longer charms, and he knows what it’s like to have been touched by the devil himself. When he saves a woman in the woods from being abducted, he doesn’t realize who she is until he sees her deformed hand.
Purity has changed, confident and comfortable with herself and her life in the forest. She no longer requires a husband. Unfortunately, Purity is in danger, and Arran doesn’t intend to fail her this time. He tells her they will wed, and he will keep her safe.
It’s Purity’s turn to refuse his proposal—but not for long. It becomes clear that the only safety Purity has is in Arran’s arms as his wife.
When the couple return home, they face a challenging and dangerous situation that could tear them apart forever.
Secrets are discovered, promises are made, lies surface, and murder strikes the clan. Through it all, the couple fight to keep what they’ve found, what Purity always knew, and what Arran discovers—they’ve always been meant for each other.
