From the award-winning author of Hungry Daughters of Starving Mothers and You'll Surely Drown Here If You Stay—the first ever story collection from the Nebula, World Fantasy, and Locus Award-winning Alyssa Wong. The collection includes 6 award-nominated/winning short pieces, two flash fictions published only digitally to date, and five entirely new short stories. In the vein of Carmen Maria Machado and Kelly Link—Alyssa Wong's writing is both intensely familiar and astonishingly singular. With stories seemingly ripped from the headlines (Live Stream) or fashioned from uncanny dream-worlds (Salt Cycles), Wong's voice will compel and delight all who dip into this stunning collection.
