Born in 1987, Ilaria Goffredo lives in Italy and has a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Sciences. She has travelled across Europe and work in travel agencies and important resorts. In 2005 she was a volunteer in a professional school in Malindi, Kenya. There she fell in love with that magnificent land and its extraordinary people. She was on the official jury of the "Casa Sanremo Writers Edizione 2013" competition. She has won several literary prizes for her short stories and travelogues. She has a blog that deals with art, history and literature. She is an indipendent researcher. Her novel "The eye of the storm" was shortlisted for the italian literary competition ilmioesordio Feltrinelli 2012. Nata nel 1987, Ilaria Goffredo vive in Puglia ed è laureata in scienze della formazione. Ha viaggiato in tutta Europa e lavorato in agenzie di viaggi e grandi villaggi turistici. Nel 2005 ha lavorato come volontaria in una scuola professionale di Malindi, in Kenya. Lì si è innamorata di quella terra meravigliosa e della sua gente straordinaria. È stata giurato ufficiale del concorso “Casa Sanremo Writers Edizione 2013”. Ha vinto diversi premi letterari per racconti e diari di viaggio. Gestisce un blog che tratta di arte, storia e letteratura. È ricercatrice indipendente. Con il romanzo TREGUA si è classificata finalista nel concorso nazionale ilmioesordio 2012.
