Noelia Blanco was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She studied Philosophy and Literature at the University of Buenos Aires and Musical Education at the National Conservatory of Music. Fascinated with philosophical questions since she was a small child, Noelia discovered a key to deciphering the world through children s literature and traditional music. She travelled throughout Latin America and Europe as a narrator, travel writer, and teacher of native music for children. She has participated in programs to promote children s literature, published short stories and poetry, and translated children s stories from Italian, French, and English into Spanish. In 2010 she moved to Lyon, France, where she currently lives.
