Carmine Valentine is an award-winning author of romantic suspense. The title 'Tears of the Moon' came in first place in the Romantic Suspense Category in The Golden Pen 2007 Awards. That story was later groomed into more of a mystery and re-titled All Fired Up before being published through KDP/Amazon in 2017. All Fired Up is the first in the Barefoot by Moonlight Mystery Series. Each book will have a sub-character that spins off into their own mystery/romance in a following book. She's also created a vampire amateur sleuth series 'Miss American Vampire' available on Kindle Vella. Visit her website www.carminevalentine.com. Writing began decades ago but her first publication didn't happen until 2014 when a friend sent her a text late one night with a tip that a publisher was looking for a short story to include in a romance anthology. She stayed up until 4am polishing up a short romance and sent it in and was thrilled to be accepted. That story The Last Blind Date is now available under its own cover on Amazon. Two other novellas that were previously published in anthologies are now also available under their own covers on Amazon. One Step over the Mistletoe Line and Once Upon a Summer's Kiss. Both romances with a mystery woven in. Carmine lives in Western Washington and has two amazingly wonderful adult children, many siblings, nieces and nephews, loves container gardening, adventures, reading and trying new recipes. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University with a major in English, completing her degree after the longest gap year in history, giving the saying "it's never too late to go back to school" real meaning. She works full-time along with juggling the evasive writing discipline with the many wonderful distracting adventures of life, big and small, dull and exciting, that make up a life lived and become one’s own beautiful story. She would love followers on Goodreads and on her Amazon author page. Reviews are joyfully welcomed.
