Travelling to Brit-Cit on the trail of a bloodthirsty, body-hopping alien, Judge Dredd is forced to work with the local Detective, Judge Armitage.

It's election day in Mega-City One and Judge Death is leading the polls. Meanwhile, a clone-killing virus is sweeping through the ranks of the judges.

A dangerous psychic called Soon is being held prisoner in a lunatic asylum in the Cursed Earth on account of his staggeringly vast powers. When Soon escapes and threatens Mega-City One, Judge Dredd and a party of cadets are sent to stop him, only for Dredd to be framed for murdering the cadets.

Judge Dredd features in the comic "2000 AD". He is a lawman of the judge, jury and executioner. In this story Mega-City One is under siege. A charismatic sociopath, Leviticus Thead, is holed up and if he isn't stopped hundreds of hostages will die.

A wave of hallucinations are sweeping Mega-City One. Even the judges are affected, and their behaviour is increasingly erratic. It's almost as if they become entirely different people. And throughout the city, people are being tortured and killed by a man calling himself Chief Judge Dread.

Sector 66's chief judge, Eammon Kozwall, has been brutally murdered, his judges claim that his slaughter was just a random killing; others believe that some deeper conspiracy was being protected. Only one man can be trusted to take the Judge Dredd - Mega-City One's toughest lawman.

On the moon, near the headquarters of InterDep, a man is hunted down and murdered, while in Mega-City One, Judge Dredd is battling an insane gang of serial killers. As preparations begin for a world summit to discuss closer Mega-City co-operation, an unstoppable assassin is heading for Dredd.
