A former teacher and librarian, Laurie J. Edwards is the author of more than 2300 articles and 30 books in print or forthcoming under several pen names. She also juggles freelance editing and illustration careers. The Teeny Tiny Woman, a picture book she illustrated was selected by RIF (Reading Is Fundamental) as part of their Billion E-Book Gift program, and 200 million copies were given to support literacy. Edwards has an MA from Vermont College and an MFA from Hollins University in Writing & Illustrating for Children.
