A between-the-books novella for fun. Alternating time lines from past to present, the story gives a hint of the Vegas of old. Lucky's father's first hotel, the Lucky Aces, is imploded to make room for a new property. Skeletal remains are found in the hotel's foundation and the Big Boss is implicated in the murder. Lucky must race to clear his name in the present, while the past timeline revolves around the murder. A change of pace for me and Lucky...hope you like it.
