Cowboy, Take Me Away

2021

He makes his living as a cattle rancher. She's an animal activist. When an outside force threatens both their lives, they'll be forced to find common ground to survive. Can they also find love? Kennedy You ever have an "OH SHIT!" moment? I'm not talking about the lowercase "oh crap, I got mustard on my new blouse" kind of moment. No, I'm talking about the all caps, multiple exclamation point, probably warrants the F-word moment. That's the kind of moment I had when I woke up in a strange bachelor bedroom. Back in college, it wouldn't have seemed so bizarre. What happens in college, stays in college—am I right? But I was almost thirty, and my bed-hopping days were behind me. So, whose bed was I in? Undoubtedly, this bachelor pad belonged to Brock - a Hollywood handsome cowboy clad in well-worn jeans, cowboy boots, and a "wanna tame me?" smile. Couple that with the dark hair and blue eyes, and he was basically my kryptonite. And a one-night stand. Especially since I couldn't even remember our sexcapade. I had enough to worry about at work with a "relationship" adding to it. Being an animal activist in "good ol' boy" ranch country came with a lot of challenges. But now someone was vandalizing my office and threatening my life. If I could stop running into Mr. Grumpypants HardAbs, maybe I could focus long enough to save my job and my life. Brock Of course the feisty hot blonde who picked me up in the bar turned out to be Kennedy Novak, local animal crusader currently stirring up trouble in town with a Safe Farming Rally. Blessing in disguise that she passed out before we could seal deal that night. Not that I'm telling her that. Let her wonder. With increasingly violent threats to our ranch, I can't help but wonder if she has a personal and professional vendetta against me. It would be much easier to accuse her if her body didn't fit so perfectly against mine. And if I didn't have an unexplained desire to keep her safe.

Cowboy, Save Me

2021

He's a rancher devoted to his land. She's got a bad case of wanderlust. When her past catches up to her, will she trust enough to let him save her... in all the ways that count? Lydia Not all who wander are lost. Some are just trying to avoid reality. Like me. But, like Brittany Spears’ career, all good things come to an end. Namely, my finances. Which is how I ended up at the Winding Ridge Guest Ranch with some decisions to make. Flirting with Cash, the mega-hot cowboy running the place, was a welcome distraction. Until he went from eye candy to wanting more. Unfortunately, I dragged along more drama than a Dance Moms marathon. So it was look, talk, no touch until I got my life straightened out. Okay, maybe a little touch. What he didn’t know about my past, would only hurt me in the end. Hurt I was used to. Taking care of myself I was used to. Until my drama caught up to me in the worst possible way… If you like snarky female characters, steamy romance, and slow-burn sexual tension, then this book is for you! This is a stand-alone book meant to be enjoyed by adults due to some explicit scenes. The McAllister Brothers series books are all stand-alones but interconnected, so follow along to keep up with your favorite characters!

Cowboy, Marry Me

2022

Why did I ever think a winter wedding in the mountains was a good idea? Picture it: silvery snowy landscape, bright blue skies, snow capped mountains, me in a white lace dress marrying my grumpy cowboy. Perfection, right? What I didn't count on was my cowboy heading out of town the week of our wedding. Even after I begged him not to go. Or a major blizzard blowing through and ruining the most important day of my life. The caterer has supply chain issues, guests are snowed in, and worst of all, Brock is stuck 300 miles away. So, now I'm seriously contemplating using our wedding money on a big ol' "I Told You So" billboard. Will our story have the happy ending I'd hoped for? This is a steamy stand-alone story featuring explicit scenes between Kennedy and Brock from Cowboy, Take Me Away. While you don't need to read that story to enjoy this one, I highly recommend it.

Tuesdays are usually boring. Until you find a dead body in your office. Now I find myself, the local veterinarian, the prime suspect in a murder investigation. Not only do I need to clear my name, but I also need to clear my mind. Of thoughts of the beautiful lead investigator. Sheriff Shelby Sparks and I had just starting exploring our insane attraction, but now she’s giving me the third degree. And not in a good way. How can I convince her that she should be investigating my body instead of my innocence? Because I was innocent. Even if my thoughts weren’t. If you like snarky female characters, steamy romance, and slow-burn sexual tension, then this book is for you! This is a stand-alone book meant to be enjoyed by adults due to some explicit scenes. Hi Readers! I am a writer, reader, wife, mother, teacher, and photographer. I married my high school sweetheart - a real-life second chance love story! - and have been a hopeful romantic ever since. When I'm not reading swoon-worthy romances or letting my characters take over my stories, you can find me sipping on a fountain soda with a true crime documentary on TV. At least I wish that was all I had to do. Usually I'm chasing my two daughters around with my camera, grading papers, or cleaning up after the animals on our mini-farm in rural Maryland (at least goats, chickens, dogs, and cats are cute, right?). I have a BA in English-Secondary Education, a BA in Psychology, and a Masters of Arts in Liberal Arts where I focused on writing, photography, and juggling. Yes-juggling. I still practice in my kitchen much to the horror of my husband and delight of my kiddos.
