Looking after Cu, a stray dog, certainly makes school camp on a remote Scottish island exciting for Jill and her best friend, Lindy. The Scheming Rita is determined to get them into trouble and Miss Rawlings threatens to take Cu away from them. But when Rita goes missing on the mysterious island it is only Cu who can find her.
