Peter Ramsey is a human and a doctor in training, all things that his mate, alpha wolfhound Phoenix, despises. Though Phoenix loves him, Peter thinks something is wrong, especially when he and Phoenix can hardly spend any time together thanks to Peter's work and schooling.
