WELCOME TO THE PLANET ORCUS. Here, monsters fill the seas, humans travel the skies, and an ancient energy seeps from fissures in the earth. Because of this energy, some of the planet's inhabitants have evolved particular abilities: some instinctually read the stars; some live extraordinarily long lives; some control the very elements of the planet itself. But there are stranger beings that lurk on Orcus. They were born in the chaotic formation of the planet, and they will live until the planet's death. They allow their hosts to move and sense as no one else can, and give them the ability to regenerate their bodies indefinitely.
