His intention is to revitalize it and restore it to its former glory as one of Spain's most important entertainment centers. When he's about to undertake the project, he receives a visit from a man who claims there's a 5th century BC archaeological site beneath the ground. The story goes back a hundred years, when this man's grandfather entered the site and took one of three pieces that were there, for which, according to him, a mysterious American collector is willing to pay a fortune. Together they decide to descend into the site and recover the two missing pieces to complete the collection. At that point, they still don't know that there are other people who covet these artifacts and are willing to do anything to get them.
