Mr Pink-Whistle is not like ordinary people. He's half a brownie and half a person, and he can make himself invisible whenever he wants. But the most important thing about him is he's always helping people in trouble and getting himself into all sorts of funny situations.

Mr Pink-Whistle is a little fat man with pointed brownie ears and large green eyes; but really he is neither human nor brownie. Until Mr Pink-Whistle decided to use his special talent of making himself invisible, his only friend was his cat, Sooty. But things have now changed.
