From USA Today bestselling romance author Heidi Rice comes a sizzling billionaire, grumpy/sunshine, small-town girl, big city guy romance in her Billionaires After Dark series. Six tortuous months after wiping out on my bike, my once wonderful billionaire life now sucks. My London penthouse is in mothballs and I’m living like a recluse in my late and unlamented grandfather’s mansion on the Cornish coast with a shattered leg, a battered ego and an even worse attitude. Just when I think my existence couldn’t get any suckier, I attempt to surf again – and have to be rescued by a lifeguard with a cute smile, a spectacular rack and pity in her eyes. That night, Little Miss Sunshine shows up on my doorstop, but when Maddy Westmore arouses more than just my temper, suddenly, finally, things are looking up! I’m keen to give Maddy the ride of her life to get back to being the man I once was. But when one ride leads to others, it’s not just the addictive sex that’s lifting the rock I’ve been living under for so long – it’s also Maddy’s sunny personality. She wants more from me than I've ever given anyone, but what scares me to death is that I might start to want more, too… My Billionaire Grump is a comprehensive reboot/reworking of Surf, Sea and a Sexy Stranger with added heat, humor, swearing, banter and a first-person narrative – from both main protagonists’ POV – that brings Rye and Maddy’s story bang up to date!

My name's Heidi Rice, I'm a USA Today Bestselling author. I'm married with two sons (which gives me rather too much of an insight into the male psyche!). I love my job because it involves sitting down at my computer and getting swept up in a world of high emotions, sensual excitement, funny feisty women, sexy tortured men and glamourous locations where laundry doesn't exist ... Not bad, eh. Then I turn off my computer and do chores (usually involving laundry!) But when I'm not doing laundry or fantasising about my own protagonists I love to read romance. Now I believe wholeheartedly that readers should give honest and open reviews on Goodreads and Amazon and elsewhere. If you didn't like a book you are entitled to say so (even if it's mine! ouch). But you may notice that none of my book reviews are less than four-stars. That's simply because as an author myself I know how pathetically sensitive I am about bad reviews and with that in mind I prefer to spread the love among other authors—and don't do public reviews of books I didn't like. Just thought I'd clarify that, in case anyone was thinking I was Pollyanna!
