Naufal Abshar is a promising young Indonesian artist, born in 1993 in Bandung. Trained in Lasalle College of the Arts (Singapore), in partnership with Goldsmith London, Naufal has participated in various group exhibitions in places as diverse as Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Venice, Washington D.C., New York City, and Lithuania. In 2013, he won an award from AMI (Anugerah Musik Indonesia) for the best Graphic Design to a music album namely Mantra-Mantra (Kunto Aji). He is considered as one of Indonesia’s top collected artist, placing with many important bluechip collections, and has steadily grown his collector base locally and overseas across the decade.
