Melanie Morris has freshly filed for divorce, and she can’t bare the thought of spending Christmas surrounded by her nosey family. It might be the last Christmas she can spend in the holiday home she and her estranged husband own in the Sierra Nevada. Melanie’s one wish is never to feel alone as she had during her marriage. The snow is coming down, and it is Christmas Eve. Electrician Hunter Ripley isn’t in the Christmas spirit and wants to clock out and spend the evening with his feet up, and a beer in his hand, forgetting the memories of his late wife. Hunter’s one wish is to find peace in the past as he works to move on. One last call comes in, and Hunter is up to bat when he's called to an elaborate holiday cabin. With the heat out and the snow coming down, Melanie and Hunter have to make due until the snow clears. Will their wishes come true this Christmas?
