Lance Logan, Mr. Justice, gets a call to come to a town where a ghost is killing people. The local lawman knows it can’t be a ghost but three towns folks swear that it is the same man the court convicted and hung four year before. He was back and had already killed three men who had been a part of the trial that hung him. Lance is interested enough to make the trip to Pleasant Valley to investigate. He soon talks to those who say they saw the ghost and will swear to it in court. How do you trap a ghost who is already dead? Lance digs into it and has to find a way to stop this ghost killing before the whole town goes crazy
