When Phineas and Ferb develop an indestructible exoskeleton to take on their extreme skate-track obstacle course, they inadvertently become a super hero known as The Beak! Isabella immediately starts investigating, and writes an article about the hero in the Fireside Girls Gazette. Things get crazy when a local super villain sees the article and declares war on the Beak! Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz hatches his latest plan - he simply tells the citizens of the Tri-State Area that he's in charge, hoping they go along with it. And hey, where's Perry ?
