Luke Fate is a funny thing. And the cherry on the sundae – I obviously couldn’t talk to her to tell her the truth. Then fate just adds to that already big steaming pile of ‘fate crap’ and you wake up and lay in your hospital bed watching the love of your life get sick on television thousands of miles away. But you can change your path so that fate is actually a good thing – right? At least that’s what I’m going to try to do. Isla I never wanted to see his stupid face again. I mean, I hope he got better, but his face was still stupid. And now I’m in hospital and it’s all his fault – well, kinda. Then he turns up and I’m stuck with him because he’s keeping us all safe! I’ve got a choice to make now – do I forgive him or not? Do I believe that it wasn’t what it looked like? Yes. Do I believe that he knows how stupid he was? Yes. Tom Life throws curveballs when you least expect it and my sister’s best friend was definitely a curveball. What do you do when you’re at a different college to the woman you want and who won’t give you the time of day? Why, you transfer to her college and bug her until she gives in, obviously! Sonya College was meant to be the start of my independence, and I was going to go for it and nothing was going to hold me back. Tom had never been part of any of my plans, but I just couldn’t get rid of him. He wasn’t bad, and he was great to look at, but he just wasn’t part of the plan. When an attempt is made on his brother’s life, Tom and his sister get ordered back to the family home. He wasn’t going to leave Sonya unprotected, so he used his secret weapon, his sister, to bring her back with her to the Townsend’s Ranch. Sonya might have been taken away from her plan, but at least she has her independence - right? Until alcohol becomes involved, and the one night that will never be repeated becomes every night. Slight stalking, a bit of coercion, a bottle of tequila, the wrong cat, these are all things he started with to make her his. After finding out that Sonya’s been taken by the person who has a personal vendetta against his family though, the relaxed easy-going Tom changes and he will go to any length to find her. Finding your one changes you, and Sonya changed everything.

I’m a British author who grew up all over the world. My parents were diplomats, so we were posted to all of the corners of the earth and it was a blast. Some wouldn’t seem so awesome if you heard about them, but my parents always made it a fun experience and it molded my brother and I into who we are today. I live in Wiltshire in the west country of the UK. At random times of the day, I’ll hear a moo from the fields around me, or get a whiff of that…uhhh…’country air’, and I love it! I might not have grown up in the UK, but I’m a British girl to the bone (regardless of the suspicious whiffs coming in from the fields). I’m a single mother with a son who is nearing his teenage phase. Maybe he’s reached it early? Who knows. But he’s awesome and has a personality and sense of humor that I can only attribute to my family. We’re slightly bonkers, we have a wicked sense of humor and we find the positives in every situation. I’m so proud to be his mum and to watch him grow and mature. Writing was something that I’d always done. I had a teacher in the third grade who always set us the task of writing a story and making it into a book every weekend. After I left school, I kept this up and wrote as often as I could or just plotted out books. This evolved into me taking the plunge and publishing my first book in 2016 and I’ve been typing ever since. I’m proud to be an Indie Author, and I absolutely love writing out my crazy Providence characters and the more complex ones in my other series’. It doesn’t matter if it’s romantic comedy or something with more suspense – so long as it has a HEA I’ll do it! I’ve got so many more planned, so the best is yet to come.
