Book 3 Reed is the last of King Edward's bastard triplets that has yet to fall prey to the king's trickery. Therefore, it is best to start with the prequel, Destiny's Kiss, and read the books in order so as not to ruin any surprises. The prequel is followed by Restless Sea Lord - Book 1, Ruthless Knight - Book 2, and then Reckless Highlander - Book 3.
