Seventeen years ago, when a trendy subdivision broke ground in Sunview, Phillip and Jayne Miller selected the largest lot on the street and built their house from ground up. Over the next year, the scenic cul-de-sac flourished with fashionable yuppie couples, gorgeous homes, and expensive cars. Now, however, the Millers are the only original homeowners left on Juniper Court. Since nothing stays the same forever, the cul-de-sac changed over the years.
